O Vesúvio como bar temático: uma proposta de turismo cultural?

Resumo

O artigo se centra no Bar Vesúvio, situado na cidade de Ilhéus, Bahia, que reabriu suas portas em novembro de 2001 com a proposta de bar temático. A relação histórica do ambiente está presente na literatura de Jorge Amado, mais precisamente no romance Gabriela, Cravo e Canela. A análise perpassa o enfoque temático como subsidiário do turismo cultural, objetivando a investigação da relação existente entre o modelo atual e o Vesúvio da literatura amadiana.

Abstract:
This article is aimed to the Vesúvio bar placed at Ilhéus city, estate of Bahia, that become opened again at november 2001.With the objective of thematic bar, the present ambiental historical relationship is present as described in Jorge Amado literature, precisely in Gabriela Cravo e Canela romance. The present analisis pass through a thematic view as subsidiary of the cultural turism with the object of research between the living model and that of Amado literature.
