Turismo e os jovens nikkeis

Resumo

A fixação da população nipônica, no Brasil, se iniciou com a vinda do navio Kasato Maru, em 1908. Hoje, são 100 anos de integração e aproximadamente 1,5 milhões de japoneses e descendentes no país. Este artigo tem como intuito conhecer e analisar o turismo efetivado pelo segmento dos jovens descendentes de japoneses frequentadores das associações culturais e esportivas nipo-brasileiras do Estado de São Paulo. Por meio de pesquisas de base teórica e aplicação de questionários, foi possível observar que a maioria é Sansei, que busca lazer em destinos onde o principal produto são as belezas naturais. Dificilmente, este grupo utiliza equipamentos e serviços turísticos e tem um forte vínculo com a família, sendo esta a principal responsável pela escolha das destinações turísticas.

Abstract:

The setting of the Japanese population in Brazil was initiated with the coming of the ship Kasato Maru in 1908. Today they are 100 years of integration and approximately 1,5 Japanese million and descendants in the country. This article has as intention to know and to analyze the tourism accomplished for the segment of the young Japanese descendants of the cultural associations nipo-Brazilians of São Paulo. Through research of theoretical base and application of questionnaires, it was possible to observe that the majority are Sanseis, that search leisure in destinations where the main product is the natural beauties. Hardly they use tourist equipment and services and has a strong bond with the family, being this main the responsible one for the choice of the destinations.
