Abstract:
The setting of the Japanese population in Brazil was initiated with the coming of the ship Kasato Maru in 1908. Today they are 100 years of integration and approximately 1,5 Japanese million and descendants in the country. This article has as intention to know and to analyze the tourism accomplished for the segment of the young Japanese descendants of the cultural associations nipo-Brazilians of São Paulo. Through research of theoretical base and application of questionnaires, it was possible to observe that the majority are Sanseis, that search leisure in destinations where the main product is the natural beauties. Hardly they use tourist equipment and services and has a strong bond with the family, being this main the responsible one for the choice of the destinations.
