A importância do atendimento para a satisfação do turista: estudo de caso dos quiosques na Ilha de Porto Belo - SC

Abstract:
The actual work has as a subject the importance of attendance to the satisfaction of the tourist taking the Porto Belo's huts as a case. The prime goal of this work was analyze the satisfaction of the tourist about the attendance of the Porto Belo's Island huts and the specifics goals were identify the profile of the tourist who goes to this establishment and analyze the satisfaction of the tourists about attendance. In this work, there are the basic definitions of quality, quality of service, quality of service in restaurants, attendance, training and improvement. The methodologies procedures was the theory research and the research in the establishment. The data were taken by an interview. The research results make possible to give propositions to solve the deficiencies.
