O mercado de consultoria turística em Florianópolis

Abstract:
The market of tourist consultoria little is developed in Florianópolis for being a new area, and in which the tourist and hoteleiras companies have little habit to look for this type of service. However this is moving, with the competitiveness that compels these companies to search a bigger professionalism and the success in the businesses, what it can be through a consultoria, that all encloses the necessary planning for one better structuration of a company and the quality in the given services. For being a recent area, it also reflects in the fact of the consultoria little to be spread in the academic formation. By these reasons, a research was
carried through that it has as objective to analyze the market of tourist consultoria of Florianópolis, through the collection of data that was carried through from together interview the companies, being these, studies of case for the analysis of the market in question. Moreover, a bibliographical survey was made so that if it can thus compare the theory with the practical one of the market of tourist consultoria in the region, to analyze of interpretative form the collected information. The intention of this research is to pontuar the area of consultoria as plus an area of professional performance for the tourism and hotelaria academics, that is a branch little argued between the academics and the involved professionals in the area.
