Ações para o desenvolvimento do turismo de incentivo na cidade de Recife-PE

Abstract:
The present work consists in an inquiry on the incentive travels. Estimating that tourism can be considered an important economic propellant for a locality, it was evaluated the possibility to developed this segment in Recife, which presents diversified attractiveness, being capable to care of this emergent demand. To demonstrate as the incentive market in Recife could be developed, constitutes therefore, the general objective of this study. By qualitative research, different techniques to collect information have been used as: bibliographical and documentary survey; interviews and comment during the participation in the main international fairs of the market. The main elements observed in the inquiry had been: the suppliers, that had contributed with the market reality perception; the customers, real and potentials, which made possible the knowledge of the existence of a growth segment. Later, they had proposed strategically actions based on actions of marketing. Thus, it was verified that, although the existing deficiencies, the sector of incentives is in growing and the city still has an unexplored potential. Making possible to consider alternatives - as much in the governmental sphere as in the private initiative – to develop and promote the Pernambuco's Capital and to become it more competitive.
